We export Almandine Garnet Stone, which is the best Abrasive Garnet Stone. Our range of garnet stones are used in a variety of applications like polishing, decorating, water filtration, cleaning, etc.
We bring you two grades of garnets :
Blasting Grades:
Our Blasting Grade Garnet can be used for blast cleaning of ships, oil rigs, oil pipes, oil storage vessels, water tanks, boilers, railcars & wagons, pipes, etc. with highest efficiency and minimum dust levels.
Water Jet Cutting Grades:
We also offer Water Jet Cutting Grade Garnets. These are garnets with precise size and low dust and are found to be effective in cutting stainless steel, titanium, alloys, granites glasses, etc., with high accuracy to any geometrical shape.
How these garnets are processed & graded:
The raw materials are pre-concentrated using the magnetic separator. To make contamination free garnets, the concentrated materials are washed in the main unit and then they are dried using the fuel operated rotary dryer. The dried material is processed with high power magnetic separators to attain 97% - 99% pure garnet. Garnet is screened accurately according to the customer's need to produce consistent top quality garnet with hi-tech screening machines.
Our Quality Assurance:
We have commissioned well-trained and experienced master graduates of geology and mining at all levels of processing i.e. from mining till packing. The garnet is tested at all the phases of the processing before being packed at the quality control laboratory. |
